A group of stewards and I met with management from all three companies last week to demand change and movement on a wide range of issues, we wanted to share the following updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Flagship committed to simplify the paychecks and include your differential in your base pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The companies will be doing a quarterly incentive program to reward employees for performance. We will be getting clarity on the bonus structure and timeline and will share it with you all once we have it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">All the companies will be doing area bids in the next couple of weeks.<br>Flagship committed not to tolerate disrespect at work. For any issues of disrespect in the workplace, please document them immediately and submit a complaint to both the company and your steward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The companies agreed to allow shop stewards to represent you and your coworkers across companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">We still have some ongoing payroll and vacation issues we are fighting over. Please let me know if you have a pending case or unresolved issue.
