{"id":6882,"date":"2023-10-31T17:11:39","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T17:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.seiu105.org\/?page_id=6882"},"modified":"2023-11-06T20:45:57","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T20:45:57","slug":"mcsaludhealthcare","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.seiu105.org\/es\/mcsaludhealthcare\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Seguro de Salud Para Contrato Maestro \/\/ Master Contract New Healthcare Options"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>En Espanol<\/strong> (English below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 26 de septiembre de 2023, los fideicomisarios del Sindicato del Fondo de Salud y Bienestar, votaron junto con los fideicomisarios patronales de CCS, Master Klean y ABM, para cambiar nuestro plan de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica actual con Kaiser Permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este voto para cambiar el plan fue necesario para llevar nuestro Fondo a una situaci\u00f3n estable<\/strong> que efectivamente nos habr\u00eda llevado a ni siquiera terminar este a\u00f1o con reservas suficientes para respaldar la salud y el bienestar de nuestros Miembros del Contrato Maestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este cambio tambi\u00e9n era necesario para poder ofrecer seguro de salud el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o <\/strong>ante de un aumento del 13,33% en los costes de los planes de salud de Kaiser. 2024 ha sido un a\u00f1o r\u00e9cord de aumentos: las primas de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica aumentaron en todo el pa\u00eds de 2018 a 2023 en un promedio del 22 %. Para nuestro propio Plan de Salud y Bienestar, los incrementos de los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os han sido los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2023 = 2,86%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2022 = 7,11%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2021 = 8%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 6 meses de negociaciones con Kaiser Permanente, as\u00ed como con los empleadores y nuestros profesionales del Fondo, pudimos agregar un plan que mantiene la contribuci\u00f3n actual de la prima mensual del miembro. Hacer esto nos permitir\u00e1 reducir costos y proporcionar una estructura s\u00f3lida para la recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los miembros podr\u00e1n elegir su nuevo plan durante el per\u00edodo normal de inscripci\u00f3n abierta en noviembre. For our own Health and Welfare Plan, the increases for the past three years have been as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2023 = 2.86%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2022 = 7.11%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2021 = 8%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After more than 6 months of negotiations with Kaiser Permanente, as well as with the employers and our Fund professionals, we were able to add a plan that keeps the current monthly member premium contribution. Doing this will allow us to decrease costs and provide a sound structure for recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members will be able to choose their new plan during the normal open enrollment period this November.
