Vacation time is not a privilege; it is a right we have earned in our contract, and the company\u2019s failure to process requests promptly creates unnecessary stress on all of us.\u00a0<\/p><p>Secondly, we highlighted the ongoing issue of job openings not being properly posted, which often prevents qualified employees from accessing opportunities for advancement. We believe that transparency in job postings is essential to ensuring fairness and growth at Flik.<\/p><p>Lastly, we are demanding a fundamental level of respect and dignity in the workplace. We work hard every day to keep the airport running, yet we continue to face treatment that does not reflect the dedication and professionalism we bring to our jobs.<\/p><p>We will not accept being ignored, disrespected, or treated as disposable.
