Every member is responsible for participating in the bidding process and making their own route selections.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Re-Bid Schedule<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concourse A<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">July 16 &amp; July 17<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7:00 AM \u2013 8:00 PM<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concourse B<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">July 20 &amp; July 21<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7:00 AM \u2013 8:00 PM<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review the posted bid schedule in your concourse to find your individual appointment time.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Before Your Appointment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review the posted bid schedule for your appointment time (posted in Concourses A and B).<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come prepared with at least 10 route choices in order of preference.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each appointment has been extended to 10 minutes to allow additional time for route selection.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>If You Miss Your Appointment<\/b><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will have<\/span><b> a 5-minute grace period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> after your scheduled appointment time.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have not arrived or called in within those five minutes, bidding will move to the next employee, and <\/span><b>you will be moved to the bottom of the bidding list.<br \/><br \/><\/b><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>BE SURE TO NOT MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT!<\/strong> The later you participate, the fewer routes may be available!<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Phone Bidding<\/b><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are participating by phone, you are still responsible for being available at your scheduled appointment time.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you make your selection, the Union steward or representative present will sign the bid sheet on your behalf to confirm your route selection.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>On Leave or Out of the Country<\/b><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees who are on FMLA, another leave of absence, or out of the country are still responsible for participating in the bid process.
