After Kaiser\u2019s disrespectful proposal earlier this week, KP caregivers across Colorado are showing management that they are ready to strike if necessary.

STRIKE PLEDGE OFF TO A STRONG START<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In just two weeks we have over 1000 STRIKE PLEDGES SIGNED!\u00a0Healthcare workers at Longmont have reached 100%<\/strong> of their coworkers who have signed the pledge to strike.<\/p>\n

At four<\/strong> other Colorado KP locations, we have reached 75%<\/strong> strike pledge commitments, and another 15 KP sites<\/strong> have reached 50% of caregivers<\/strong>\u00a0who are committed to be strike ready.<\/p>\n

In another example that KP has lost its way,<\/strong> a communication sent out by KP management argued that the \u201cnon-profit\u201d with over $30 BILLION in reserves and over 30 top executives making six figures could not afford giving workers a livable wage raise in this contract.<\/p>\n
