Aporta a la Presidencia 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia sindical y organizativa y ha trabajado aqu\u00ed en el Local 105 durante los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os en sus funciones como Directora Externa de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica y Directora Adjunta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephanie ha jugado un papel fundamental en la organizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria en nuestro estado a trav\u00e9s de Colorado Care Workers Unite. Tambi\u00e9n jug\u00f3 un papel decisivo en las victorias hist\u00f3ricas de ganar el primer sindicato para los trabajadores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains.
