Three years ago, Kaiser workers stood together, took action, and showed what we can accomplish when we are united. This October, we’re celebrating Strikeaversary Week by remembering what we fought for—and getting ready for the fight ahead.
Our historic 2023 contract delivered real wins, including the COLA raise hitting this October. Those victories happened because Kaiser members showed up, stood united, fought, and won.
But our contract expires next year, and the fight for our next strong contract starts now.
Throughout Strikeaversary Week and the month of October, we’ll be talking with members about our priorities for the next contract. What do we want to protect? What do we need to improve? And what will it take for us to win another historic agreement?
