Every Shot Counts!
Track Our Progress Toward Our PSP Goals!
Getting our patients vaccinated against the flu is an important part of keeping our community healthy and reaching our Patient Service Promise (PSP) goals. This page will be updated weekly with the latest flu shot numbers so we can see how we’re progressing toward our targets and where we need to focus our efforts from now until December 31st!
Every shot counts. Every conversation matters. We keep each other safe!

Tips to Help Get More Patients Vaccinated
Think about the whole family. When a parent brings in their child, ask if they or their other children are interested in getting their flu shots, too.
Lead by example. Get your own flu shot!
Remember every patient. Flu shots should be offered to all eligible members, whether they visit primary care, specialty care, or the nurse clinic.
Make it part of the conversation. Every patient interaction is an opportunity to encourage vaccination and answer questions.
