Under Article 14 of our contract, WellPower members have the right to meet with management to raise safety concerns and push for real changes in our workplace. That’s your Safety Committee, and it’s already built into your contract.
The Safety Committee meets with management on a quarterly basis to provide input on safety protocols and advocate for a safer workplace. Participation is on paid time.
