KP Education Fund Information

Take advantage of your Education Fund benefits! Whether you’re looking to complete prerequisite courses, build computer skills, explore a new healthcare career, or receive tuition assistance, there are new opportunities available for eligible members.


Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences (KPSAHS)

Self-paced online courses are available through the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences. Students work at their own pace during a six-week session, with course materials available 24/7. These courses are non-credit and include a certificate of completion.

NEW: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Courses

Learnit has added new AI courses to help you understand and use today’s most popular AI tools.

  • Explore AI Essentials – Learn what AI is, how it’s used, and the ethical considerations involved.
  • Learn AI to Boost Your Productivity – Use AI tools like ChatGPT to automate routine tasks, research and summarize information, and personalize your workflow.
  • Use AI to Upgrade Your Writing – Learn how AI tools like ChatGPT can help generate ideas, draft documents, and improve editing and proofreading.

How to access courses:

To apply for this program, click the link below to register for the new Learnit portal. Use your email address associated with the Education Fund when registering for the portal. After filling out the information, you will receive an email from Learnit to confirm registration and create a password. You can then log in to the Learnit portal and sign up for courses.

College Courses

The Education Fund pays for tuition and required textbooks for eligible prerequisite and General Education courses at:

  • Arapahoe Community College
  • Community College of Aurora
  • Community College of Denver
  • Front Range Community College

Fall 2026 Applications: June 1 – July 31, 2026

Members interested in applying should schedule an appointment through their MyEdFund Portal to receive application access.


Education Fund Tuition Support

The Education Fund provides financial assistance to eligible members pursuing approved education and training programs.

Eligible applicants may receive up to $5,250 per training program to help cover:

  • Tuition
  • Required textbooks
  • Required student fees
  • Licensing and certification exam fees required by the academic program

To confirm eligibility and access the application, schedule an appointment with Regional Coordinator Desery through the MyEdFund Portal.


Continuing Education Reimbursement

The Education Fund now uses the RAMP system for Continuing Education reimbursements.
