We have ratified our new contract with Securitas!
By standing united and fighting for what officers across the city deserve, we have unanimously ratified our strong new contract that includes big raises, more time off, and better resources!
A look at what we won:
Officers will get a raise of AT LEAST 20.1% over the life our new 4 year agreement, with some officers receiving as much as 41%, depending on their position!
SENIORITY REWARDED
The NEW levels of Armed 4 y Unarmed 5 have been added to the contract, which provide at least a 7.6% raise for officers with 5+ years of service in Year 3 of the contract. This rewards our senior officers and creates better security jobs!
RETRO PAY SECURED
We fought for this agreement for over a year. Now, we’re almost a year into the new agreement already. To compensate for this, we’re excited to have secured RETROACTIVE to ALL active officers of AT LEAST $1,164.00!
In addition to our other victories, we were able to secure an additional ratification payment of $280 to be paid out upon ratification of this agreement!
